I'm a proud mum to four wonderful children, wife to Nik for over 26 years, and dog mum to two lively pups. My journey back into fitness training began at 50, during the onset of perimenopause—a time that reignited my passion for wellbeing. I firmly believe that age and ability should never be barriers to living a vibrant, healthy life. My mission is to make movement accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone through personalised support.
In 2014, after being made redundant, I sought guidance from a coach and mentor. That experience was transformative—it revealed the incredible power of life coaching in helping people uncover and embrace their unique strengths. Inspired, I trained as a coach myself and have been supporting others through coaching and mentoring ever since.
After relocating to the North East, I launched this business to continue doing what I love: helping individuals tap into their inner strength and thrive. I offer inclusive, one-to-one support in a calm and welcoming space, tailored to your needs—no matter your starting point.
I also specialise in those returning to physical activity, including pilates, ensuring a safe and supportive reintroduction to movement and developing personalised progression plans.
With over 25 years of experience in the NHS, and a Mental Health First Aider, my background spans workforce, organisational development, leadership, management, personal development, and health and wellbeing. I bring this depth of knowledge and compassion to every client I work with.
